Sleeping up to 6 guests, our property comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 double room, a twin room and a single room, there is also an option for a sofa bed. The property has a fully functioning kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all necessary utensils. There are 2.5 bathrooms, including 1 ensuite with shower, one bathroom with bath and one toilet downstairs. There is parking space for 3 cars (2 behind the lockable gate). front and rear garden (please respect neighbours with noise levels) Monthly discounts available

About 6 day rate in an Uber to CoOp Arena, it’s in the middle of a housing estate so I would recommend that a taxi/uber is used especially in dark. Bedrooms spacious and as described. One towel provided per guest so maybe take your own if staying longer than one night. Parking is behind a gate which can be locked. Sofa bed not used as a bed but uncomfortable to sit on so would not like to have slept on it. Had to report quite a few maintenance issues to the property host which was a shame. I think it would benefit from a deep clean and a review of provisions (only few drinking glasses , welcome pack of teas/coffee) but nothing major. Nice size property (4 in my group) and good location for Co-op, etihad and not far from city centre by car.

A good location and a secure car park, the sofa bed was not that comfortable and bedding was missing for it, the photos are accurate and enjoyed the stay
