Lovely 4-person apartment in sunny Palomares, Andalusia. About a 2-hour drive from Alicante, and 1 hour from Murcia, Cartagena, and Almería.
Located in a small-scale complex with a pool, within walking distance of the village square and about 1,000 meters from the sea. The pool is open from early summer through September. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, bedroom fans, a walk-in shower, a washing machine, a spacious and luxuriously appointed kitchen, a smart TV, and a BT Soundbar.
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can also be used as a double). Both bedrooms have built-in closets.
A covered balcony adjacent to the living room and a lovely private rooftop terrace above the apartment, accessible via a spiral staircase. The rooftop terrace features a pergola with a sunshade, a lounge set, and sun loungers, and......... with a view of the sea.
A diverse area with plenty of fun and beautiful sights. Sandy beach
and rocky coastline with crystal-clear swimming water nearby, weekly markets everywhere, a water park for the kids, a golf course, a Hollywood Western film set, and the Geode Giganti (the world’s largest rock crystal on display) in a mine in Pulpi. A wide selection of restaurants and live music every Saturday in the village square. All nearby facilities are open year-round.
There are also many shops and all amenities nearby. Suitable for both those seeking peace and quiet and families with children.
