Cozy studio apartment in the historic center

Derived from the “carretteria,” a resting place for the “scecco” and the cart, Amuri is a comfortable 40-square-meter loft featuring, on the first floor, an open-concept kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a TV, and a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, while the bedroom is located on a loft overlooking the living area. The decor is entirely inspired by Sicily—“terra d’Amuri”: the contrast between the bold, vibrant colors of the furnishings stands out against the delicate hues of the stunning local limestone walls, skillfully brought to life. Amuri is located in the historic center of Ragusa, just a short walk from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, the tourist information office, and the public parking lot, in an area with bars, tobacco shops, small shops, a supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants, and retail stores. From here, you can lose yourself in the most charming alleys of the historic center of Upper Ragusa and reach—via an ancient staircase offering a view unlike any other in the world—Ragusa Ibla, a Baroque marvel and UNESCO World Heritage Site… what more can be said? Amuri is right here… Come on over, visitors from afar—this is where love happens!
