Step inside to an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas—perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need for preparing meals at home. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails in the cozy living space or take a short stroll to the nearby community dock and watch the boats go by.
The primary suite, located upstairs, boasts a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms share a spacious full bath, making Chadwick Cottage perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends.
Guests have full access to Beau Coast’s premier amenities, including a resort-style pool and a modern fitness center. Explore scenic walking trails, or take a bike ride to the shops, restaurants, and galleries of historic downtown Beaufort.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
