Step outside onto the furnished balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf Coast, whether you’re sipping morning coffee or watching the sunset. A flat-screen TV in the living area keeps you entertained, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience by keeping your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.
***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

The house has several places where there was food in the floor (fresh lemons). When arrived there were no linens/ sheets for pull out couch. Asked the property management company liquid life 3 times for linens but never received them. Only one elevator is functioning and the parking spots are extremely tight. We chose this place based on price since we were playing baseball and weren’t going to be in the room much. I would say you get what you pay for but for the price it was decent.
