The apartment is ideal for families, professionals and couples. It can serve up to 4 adults plus two children (6 persons in total). It consists of a bedroom with a twin bed and mirrored closet. The living room area is airy with a sofa that can sleep up to two. There is a small beautiful balcony with greenery, lemon trees etc. The kitchen is an old vintage style with electric appliances. The bathroom is hyper - classical style. There is air conditioning both in the living room and the bedroom.

Only 5 minutes walking distance exist lively areas with a lot of small bars and taverns to spend the evening. Just catch the tram or bus and in 15-20’ you reach the seashore and the Athens Riviera and yaught promenade (7’ by car).
Excellent transport links by metro (metro stations “Acropolis” and “Syggrou Fix” are 4-5 minutes on foot from the apartment).
"Hop on Hop off bus" for tourists going around the area surrounding the Acropolis rock, the historic center and all interesting areas of Athens, stops only 200 m away from the apartment.
Linked with the Athens International Airport by metro (1h from the apartment) and also the X95 bus (Bus terminal at Syntagma Square, one metro stop away from the apartment) that runs 24/7 (journey is approximately 45 minutes).
There is a garage close to the apartment building, so if you travel by car you can park there (on charge) and also purchase fuel.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
In Greece the hours between 2.00 – 5.30 (siesta time) and 22.30-8.30 are silent hours.
Please lock with the key the entrance of the building after 10 in the night.
As usual in all buildings in Greece, no paper towels, kleenex or feminine products should be thrown in the toilet.
Please use carefully the furniture and the electrical appliances and step on the wooden floor with care
