Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped vacation rental with a pool and sauna in a quiet yet central location. It is located right next to the spa gardens, the shopping promenade, the thermal saltwater baths, and the Burgberg funicular.
The amenities of this two-room apartment include: a built-in kitchen with an oven and ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a pressure cooker, and a coffee maker. Living room with a large flat-screen color TV (81 cm), DVD player, stereo system with CD player, and a sofa bed. The white-tiled bathroom features a sink, a shower/tub combination, and a toilet. The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames and comfortable mattresses. The 7-square-meter balcony is furnished with a garden table, garden chairs, 2 lounge chairs with comfortable cushions, and a clothes rack. The building has a telephone as well as a coin-operated washer and dryer; you can purchase tokens for these from the building superintendent.
Our building offers an exceptionally generous range of wellness facilities. These include a swimming pool (10x20m, 28°C/29°C), a sauna area (60°C—bio-sauna—and Finnish sauna
85°C), and a relaxation room. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is free of charge. You can access all facilities without having to go outside.
Of course, there are plenty of parking spaces available at the building.
The vacation apartment is located on the 7th floor (of Tower 2) of an apartment complex
with a view of the forest, which you can enjoy from the large balcony equipped with seating and lounging areas.

There are various recreational activities available: horse-drawn carriage rides, a horse racing track, a casino, a saltwater spa with state-of-the-art wellness facilities, a large pedestrian zone with a lovely shopping district, and relaxation on well-maintained hiking trails that start right outside your door. Local rangers or hiking guides are available to show you the scenic beauty of the Harz Mountains. The towns of Goslar, Werningerode, Quedlinburg, and others are within easy reach.
