Pros: Good location - 5 minutes to Rato metro station, and about 20 min walk to Ave de Liberdade. Walking distance to supermarkets and local grocery stores.Cons: The apartment can really use a professional deep clean... The area rugs smelled musky with lots of stains, while the shower had lots of black stains everywhere. There's also clear water damage on certain sections on the wall. The outdoor furniture was also dirty and clearly hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, making them un-useable and negating one of the big selling points of this property (the outdoor terrace). The apartment also was not as well stocked as other properties in terms of kitchen items, linens, daily necessities, etc. In fact, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper - clearly not enough for 3 people for 9-night stay. And when we requested more, we were told they only provide for "starter kits" and we're on our own if we need more. So we ended up having to buy a 6-roll pack of toilet paper (smallest package available at supermarket) and have all this leftover toilet paper when our stay ended....
