I loved the flat and the location. Everything is very close by and easily walkable.
The flat itself is amazing, the beds are good. I thought there were two rooms but turns out there were 3. I slept on the garden side on recommendation from one of the other reviewers, the street room did sound a bit noisy.
The kitchen is nice, I could make my coffee and enjoy local produce. It was a bit weird that there were no drying towels or anything to clean.
Bathroom was fine, would have been better if there were 2 (if I would come with 3 guests). The shower was a bit weird because it could only go from very hot to boiling which was a bit annoying.
Overall the stay was amazing and the improvements are so minor that they will probably be fixed before however is staying there next.

This property is spacious and well presented but had too many unnecessary extras (an electric juicer ?) but too few basics (no saucepans and one wine glass between four !) The provision of consumables - dishwasher tablet/washing up materials- would be good. Warm and well lit, and with excellent outside space it suits grown ups (we feel the open stairs are no go for smaller children) It is better than the photographs. Downsides are the third bedroom is internal and a broken manhole outside is beyond noisy as cars drive by. It has clearly been broken for months. A tad too far from Lisbon centre. Overall a qualified success.

Very luxurious, clean, extreme good beds, ok location, Nice terrace, friendly contact with Luis, the only thing is:
3 bedrooms there, 2 good, one bad because Directly located at the road with Noisy traffic.
We were with two, so no prob, but when one of the visitors has to sleep in the noisy room, it’s really a bummer.
Better tell this before booking, So they van but earplugs de luxe or So.. .
Overall for the two of us a very pleasant stay.

This place was nice but we had issues with the cleanliness of the accommodation (cigarette smells, stains in the shower and on sheets, markings on walls, etc.) as well as the check-in process. They require you to pick up the keys at the home office which is 20 min by car from the accommodation, and good luck during rush hour as it only opens at 4 pm. It is very inconvenient for travellers who may be travelling all day to go out of their way to pick up keys and check in when an easier alternative is possible. I hope the hosts make changes to ease the experience for guests.
