You are far enough away from the lights and the crowds and the noise, yet still just one short block from all that you will want to do and see.
This 2nd floor/top unit has a large front balcony with views of the beach, boardwalk, sunrise, sunset, and the Friday night fireworks too! There are two private balconies here - one front and one rear. Each one has comfortable furniture to enjoy while you lounge in your own private outdoor space. Enjoy a partially fenced back yard with association provided gas grills and your own private hot/cold outdoor shower. You will also find a "common" trash/recycling enclosure. This association provides trash/recycling services for you. No chores here.
