Perfect for a romantic getaway, wine country escape, or solo retreat, this thoughtfully designed space features original architectural details, period furnishings, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Lisa and I had a great time staying at the 1888. I’m sure we’ll come back again. The one thing that I would suggest is that the sofa should be updated for comfort. He definitely stepped back in time as we loved it.

The accommodations were lovely. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Great coffee around the corner. Super clean and quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay in Newberg! The communication leading up to and during the stay was top notch! The VRBO itself was quaint and it great shape! Well stocked and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend away in wine country.
