This cozy attic apartment (77 m²) is located on the upper floor of a two-family home and can accommodate 1–4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The spacious living area features a dining set, a corner couch, satellite TV, and a DVD player. There are two large, separate bedrooms. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a toilet. You can wind down with relaxing evenings on the small southwest-facing balcony.
On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking.The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if arrangements need to be made. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5 € per day per pet. Please bring your pet’s own supplies (blankets, mats, beds, etc.). Parking, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
