You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Parking is free on property for your convenience.
Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.
After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

10/10 - Everything as advertised in this unit. Super clean and everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in early February 2026. Whale watching from the balcony was amazing. Joe really has provided everything you need. Quiet building and area was perfect for us, walking distance to several great restaurants. Turtles on the beach almost everyday. Exceeded our expectations we will be back.

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had all the supplies we needed. Looked just like in the photos! It was in a great location near our favorite restaurants and shopping. Also not a large building so no large crowds at the beach. We went to Maui in January to see the whales and was not disappointed. We saw whales and sunsets daily from the lanai.

This property was the highlight of our yearly trip to the island! Such a gem and every detail was covered to a T. When we arrived everything was exactly as we expected from photos, which is not always the case. The communication and details from the host was top notch and thorough. We just wish we would have made this a longer part of our stay on the island!
