- No trailers, boats, RVs, or oversized vehicles.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: A $500 fine will be charged
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests
- An initial “starter” supply of toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towel is provided.
The booking guest must sign a renters agreement before checking in. The renter's agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.

Room was very clean . The bed was comfortable. There is enough supplies for a light meal of cooking . Sea dog restaurant is right next door and the food is great ! The beach was a quick 3 min walk across the street . The area was very safe to walk at night . The pull out couch mattress needs updating it’s pretty uncomfortable but my son tolerated it . I wouldn’t recommend it for someone with back issues like myself . Staff was quick to respond to any questions!

Very close to the beach. The transit/trolly was a great asset. The place was cute. Could have had xtra linens/towels. All over a great location and the pool was great..

This apartment/efficiency is in the Sunrise motel, classic Florida. The units decor is well done Florida theme and colors with quality towels, dishes, silverware, etc. Coffee bar...very clean and well maintained. and neat
