The old area of Thision are within walking distance.The subway station is 10 minutes away.The new Acropolis museum is also 10 minute walk.The center of Athens with the shops and business center are a twenty minute walk through the historical district of Plaka.A total of four people can be accomodated.
With respect to habits and living rhythm of the building occupants, you can have access to a communal terrace with unique view to the Acropolis (See Photos) and 360 view around Athens

Koukaki is a colorful area, that preserves the old Athens style and stands for many years only evolving without losing its own personal element. Listed, among others, as one of the most upcoming neighborhoods in the world by renowned travel magazines and touristic sites. Koukaki is the area that changing every year for the better and moving slowly but steady to the top.
The architecture of the buildings will travel you back in time and the 1960's or 1970's when everything was a bit simpler and pure. Low-level houses and small taverns serving traditional recipes, hip rewarded restaurants and all kind of food spots are mixing together in a place that combines easily all of them.

To reach the apartment:
From the Athens international airport:
You take the metro (blue line) or the X95 airport express bus, to Syntagma. This is a central station, in the center of town and very close to the apartment.
From Syntagma:
If you have luggage the best choice is to take a taxi from syntagma to the apartment (Propylaion 43 Koukaki Acropolis) It costs 4-5 € +luggage.
The other choice is to take the metro red line (direction “Elliniko”) and step out on First stop (Acropolis Station). It’s about 8 min walk to the apartment.

Of course you can take a taxi from airport to apartment. It costs about 38€ in day (05:00-24:00) and about 55€ at night (24:00-05:00)

For your transportation in Athens, except metro, you can use the yellow trolley lines 1, 5 and 15. The bus stop of Sightseeing and Athens Happy Train is one hundred meters from the house. At the same point there is a stop of the bus line 230.
