We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our farmhouse. it will be new pictures with new renovated kitchen, with new cabinets, and new completely new appliances, and other renovations! this Charmin house is very private but at the same time very close to everything, supermarket, ristorante, about 5 miles to Cooperstown Hall of fame, and 7 miles from baseball dreams park Cooperstown N.Y. anything you need is within 7miles. beautiful area to bike or walk beautiful view of the green mountains from you window from this private renovated farmhouse. Barbeque Grill is included patio furniture to enjoy beautiful summer out on the patio.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The place was immaculate, and the host Maria was extremely compassionate and attentive to all our needs going above and beyond to make our stay great. The location is perfect if you are looking to be closes to Cooperstown and all the attractions. Everything was as pictured and up to date. Check out and check in was simple. It had everything that you would need. You will not be disappointed. I definitely would stay again.Thank you, Maria, for your hospitality.

Maria was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The house was clean from top to bottom. The property is in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. My wife absolutely loved how "cute" the house is and said many times she wished we could move the house back to Delaware with us. We were in the area to play 3 games at doubleday field which is only 8 minutes away, making for an easy commute every day. We will most likely be returning every year to stay at Marias. The only thing we would have liked that was missing was a fire pit to have a camp fire on cold nights. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommended staying at Marias house if you are visiting Cooperstown.

The house was beautiful and extremely clean! It was very spacious. Perfect for our family of 5 while we were in Cooperstown for a softball tournament.
