This home is actually 2 very early post and beam frames that were joined together. Your skilled host has built a contemporary home within the vintage framework. The result is a welcoming ambiance that combines the warmth and interest of re-purposed wood and modern amenities.
This rental enjoys an open and easy flow between living, dining, kitchen, and the outside patio. The entrance to the home is wheelchair friendly. To further accommodate guests there is a bedroom with a bath ensuite on the first floor. There is another bath off the common area on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on the second floor.
1825 Barn shares the 35-acre well-groomed grounds, with two neighboring rental properties owned by the same host. Get to know other baseball tournament families and share baseball stories by the large built in firepit under the stars. The property backs up to the Fly Creek Cider mill; your host maintains a footpath to the Fly Creek Cider Mill for easy access.

Our weekend stay was very nice as we researched the area's history. The "Barn" was very accessible, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would certainly visit again.

The home was fine for our two night stay. A photo of the house from the street may have made it easier to find. All in all good location for our visit to the Hall of Fame.

This guy s a very nice house! It is stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host, Rob was quick to respond to messages. The location is very close to the Cooperstown attractions and the Fly Creek Cider Mill (Walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.
