A cozy holiday apartment with a large living room for 2 people. The bedroom leads directly to the bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a separate guest toilet for guests. And for a relaxing view of the slightly undulating Mecklenburg landscape, the covered balcony directly to the south. The perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Our quarter impresses with its outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high rooms, generously proportioned and some with winter gardens over two floors. There is a fireplace or stove in every apartment. All bedrooms are en suite and in selected apartments there is an indoor sauna in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has an extra guest toilet. There are parking spaces for vehicles and bicycle sheds to store bicycles on the site. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool for our guests, heated with solar and heat pump energy.
