About this apartment rental
Elegant 80 m2 apartment very close to the center of Granada and 20 meters from the bus and metro stops. In a quiet building with a private parking area, surrounded by numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
With everything you need so that you have a pleasant stay and can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa, TV and air conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- 3 small exterior balconies.
- Room with a double bed.
- A room with two single beds.
- A room with a large single bed.
- A bathroom with shower
In addition, the entire apartment is connected with Wifi. It has heating throughout the house and air conditioning only in the living room. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
*Notice: it is a second floor without an elevator.
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
