Location, big kitchen, cleanliness
There was not drying racks for clothes and the coffee maker was broken. More importantly, there was not two bedrooms, just one bedroom and one bedroom alcove without door. It was separated from the kitchen by a room divider. It was unpleasant, we could not use the kitchen or bathroom without disturbing the other couple.
