This house was perfection! It was extremely clean, well maintained, very very spacious and nicely appointed. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were crowded. My youngest nephew enjoyed the basketball hoop across the street as well as the community pool. We took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and the people were friendly and it felt safe. It's a smidge off the beaten path but it was a nice relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of crowded OC. It's maybe 8-10 minutes to downtown OC and the beaches, depending on traffic. We highly recommend this home for your next trip to OCMD...just book it, you won't be sorry!!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Traffic getting into ocean city was about 30-35min but we were there for 4th of july weekend so was to be expected . Overall was a good stay

The property is a new build ten minutes from Ocean City. Great for a large family. It is managed by a company located in Ocean City 25 minutes from the property. When you arrive you have to go there to get a welcome bag that has toilet paper and paper towels. That was kind of inconvenient. The property should have toilet paper at a bare minimum, especially if you arrive late after fighting traffic. Otherwise the property is clean, comfortable, and safe
