    Điểm cộng là vị trí ko quá xa, nhân viên nhiệt tình,phòng có tặng trái cây. Decor trong và ngoài khá ok và mát. Điểm trừ: Biển chỉ ngắm thôi chứ ko tắm dc, hồ bơi nhỏ phù hợp trẻ em hoặc sống ảo. Phòng khá rộng và đủ tiện nghi. Nhưng toilet hay có mùi, nước bồn tắm yếu và mùi. Buffet sáng ít món ko đa dạng. Với chất lượng này thì giá phòng hơi cao

    Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff and since it was blazing hot, their staff came with umbrellas to shelter us from the sun. Then they proceeded to help us with all our luggage and had good service. It was a great time being there.

    The interior looks nice in the photos, but unfortunately it’s not well maintained. In reality, it looks much worse than the pictures. We booked two rooms, and both had problems with the toilets. The water heater didn’t work, the sewage smelled terrible, and there was water leaking everywhere. As for the staff, the front desk experience was disappointing. They weren’t welcoming or friendly, and at one point they even blamed us for not knowing something that was actually their fault. they never gave us the electricity card in the first place. The beachfront was also full of trash. Since we booked a beach-facing room, we had to look at it every day. The resort told us they were trying to clean it but that it was impossible. However, throughout our three-day stay, I didn’t see anyone cleaning the beach even once. It was honestly disgusting. The resort has two swimming pools, but both are tiny. Even worse, the pool surface was extremely rough and full of gravel-like texture. It left us with multiple scratches and even a few deep cuts. It was a really unpleasant experience. The food was disappointing as well. Even simple dishes like burgers and Caesar salad were poorly made. Overall, I would not recommend this resort. It simply wasn’t worth the money, and it ended up being the most disappointing trip I’ve ever had.
