    Not a great location, degraded facility and not well maintained es. playground. Chocolate hour: too much sugary product for children, terrible ice cream, same menu repeated, so not worth trying the second time. We went in the summer time (mid July), too much crowded. No beach connected. We need to cross thw road to arrive the beach which is very dirty and not well maintained. At the time we arrive, there was oil spill in the sea, jelly fish and so much rubbish. Horrible experience. Not recommenf for family who wants relaxing, quiet and activities on beach

    ​We recently stayed at the Mövenpick Resort, booking the Family Suite, and it completely exceeded our expectations. If you are traveling as a family, this specific room category is an absolute game-changer, as it includes access to an array of incredible premium services that made our vacation unforgettable. ​The Accommodation The Family Suite was incredibly spacious, modern, and perfectly designed. It featured a huge master bedroom with a massive, ultra-comfortable bed, and a brilliantly separated area with bunk beds for the kids. The bathroom setup was a huge plus for a family: 2 toilets, 3 sinks, both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, ensuring no morning rush. The large living room opened up to a beautiful terrace offering stunning, breathtaking views of the sea and the resort's pools. ​Executive Club Benefits & Dining The culinary experience was next level. Because we booked the Family Suite, so many premium perks were fully included in our price: ​The Breakfast Buffet: Absolutely phenomenal. The selection was incredible, ranging from classic Western and European dishes to authentic Asian cuisine. There was truly something for everyone. ​Chocolate Hour & Afternoon Delights: We loved the afternoon access to sweet delicacies, paired with a great selection of coffees and various refreshing drinks. ​The 9th Floor Lounge: This was the highlight of our evenings. The exclusive access to the lounge on the 9th floor offered a fantastic buffet-style selection of premium finger foods, high-quality wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. ​Bonus: The suite benefits also included a laundry service, which we used twice—a massive convenience when traveling with family. ​Resort Grounds, Pools, and Beach The resort layout is excellent. The swimming pools are great, with a fantastic poolside menu and service. The beach is just a short 3-minute stroll away, and the hotel provides its own dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas for guests, making it incredibly easy to relax by the ocean. ​Staff and Service What truly sets this resort apart is its people. The staff members are exceptionally professional, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. From check-in to check-out, we felt incredibly well taken care of. ​Final Verdict This is an outstanding resort for families, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, premium vacation. While no stay is ever 100% flawless, any minor, insignificant details were completely overshadowed by the incredible hospitality and top-notch quality we experienced. We would return in a heartbeat! 😉🫶🏻

    The hotel is great, beautiful design, many virtual living corners, the staff are very enthusiastic and cute, especially, Lounge room, make me feel like home. Thank you very much for seeing you for the first time.

    Although the room facility and the staff are good, our experience is not fulfilled due to lots of minor flaws. Firstly, there were lots of flies in the lobby. Sitting for while on the couch to wait for check in, I felt really annoyed because flies landed on me continuously. This is not supposed to happen in a lobby of a 5 star resort, where the comfort and hygiene should be prioritized. No staff invited welcome drink and I served it myself eventually. Secondly, the pools are badly designed for usage. The high ground pool is deep enough for adult swimming but quite small while the low one is too big and too shallow. It's difficult to swim freely without hitting the other. Besides, there are a lot fliers here. It was disgusting that when I got up from the pool, I saw a swarm of flies landing on my foods. I cant either laying on the chair to enjoy the sunshine due to the flies. Moreover, the pool bar is far from the pool that I need to ask a guard staff and wait for while for menu. Finally, the kid club is poorly equipped: lack of toys and books. There are just a few pillows, a TV and damaged old toys. Please think about making some investment over there. I'm sure that it's not costly, but you will get a lot of laughter and parents satisfaction later. The billiard room looks like an old rusty warehouse with dusty smell. Of course, the balls and cues are all badly maintained. The room was fine, but the resort itself was quite boring.
