Located within walking distance to the outdoor community pool, pavilion, playground and fishing and crabbing pier. Located less than 1 mile from the prestigious River Run golf course and only 3 miles to Ocean Pines Golf Course. Once you get settled in, take a short drive to Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk or the Assateague Island Seashore, where the best beach memories are made!

Very clean place and nicely decorated. Also had beach chairs and umbrella for the beach and a grill to cook out on. Highly recommend, great place for the price!!
