About this house rental
3 bdrm 2 bath single family rancher, sleeps 6 with fireplace, all amenities, Internet/wifi. 7 miles (over 90th Street bridge- takes approx. 8 minutes via car) to Ocean City. Ocean Pines has 5 pools (daily fee) (One outdoor pool is in Ocean City-Ocean Pines Beach Club- 49th-50th St. (parking pass included during summer season only for Beach Club) during summer season. Indoor pool in Pines. Golf, tennis, fishing, crafts, parks, Yacht club, restaurants and more!!! 5 minutes from all conveniences, shopping, Ocean Downs Casino, many restaurants, activities. Ocean Pines is a wooded community, very peaceful, excellent for walking, jogging, biking.. Property is like a cabin in the woods in North Ocean Pines.

Needed a place that aloud dogs and roomy for family. Served its purpose fine enough. Quiet for dogs. And easy walking areas. Nervous about white carpet with the woodies terrain and the dogs. But taking shoes off at the door was the rule so made it easier.

This property had just what we needed for our weekend in Ocean Pines/Ocean City. The home was clean, and Nathalie was an excellent communicator before and during our trip. I grew up vacationing in one of the original homes of Ocean Pines, and Nathalie’s place had just what we needed.

Unfortunately, the comments in the prior reviews were still accurate. Parts of the property are in "less-than" shape and need attention. Two cars filled with belongings of some sort are the first thing you see on the property and are just not very welcoming. These should be moved if the property is going to continue to be rented. The bedroom literally does have a floodlight that shines into it which makes for tough sleeping -- especially as it goes on and off (but mostly on) throughout the night. The rest of the home is average at best and like the prior renters before me, I could not recommend this property until it gets some further TLC. I've been using VRBO for 10 years and this is the first time I've had any degree of dissatisfaction with a rental.
