Screened in porch and fenced in yard.
1) There was one hair dryer held together by duct tape and a fire hazard. 2) The place is VERY dark - the lightbulbs were either burned out or low. 3) The place was not clean, especially for a property managed by Vacasa. The comforter had stains on it and the instructions were to strip the bed of sheets and leave the comforter on so I doubted it was cleaned. Also the coffee maker was really dirty with coffee grounds all over it. The microwave was also very dirty on the outside and barely worked. 4) The check out of 10 am is unreasonable for low season,

I liked that the sheets were already on the bed and towels in the bathroom. ALso liked that we got a paper towel and 2 toilet paoers along with some other amenities-very nice!!!
We had a slight problem with the Cable/internet-but it was addressed.
Shortage of wine glasses -the ones provided were very small and there were not many of them.

The layout of the house was great and the Ocean Pines is nice and quiet.
The outside of the house needs some work ecspecially back area. The mattresses in the bedrooms (other than master bedroom) were pretty uncomfortable and pretty hot upstairs. Had some issues with entering house when we arrived. The outdoor trash seemed like it hadn’t been emptied in weeks both large cans were full and smelled. Floors could have been cleaned better. I had to unload dishwasher from previous guests.
