Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.

The property wasn’t as luxurious as described. It was very nicely fitted out but was smaller than it seemed online. It lacked comfy living areas to hang out - the sunken lounge wasn’t ideal and the only other living area with the only television was up in the loft. The built in dining nook had very dirty upholstery as did the upstairs lounge covers. The house had a funny smell - maybe damp? . The outdoor area had a table setting and 2 arm chairs but could have benefited from an outdoor lounge.
