It is Ok for solo traveler for 1-2 night stay.
Location is good cause close to Fira.
The host was very helpful and friendly via the WhatsApp. She provided me with all local restaurants and shops and organized toilet repair.
I would recommend Chinese restaurant. They are awesome!
The toilet was not working, the stairs on the 4th floor are very narrow and under construction. No elevator.
In the night you hear your neighbors talking and walking.
You need to get along with locals. You will see people of various layers of society. People are very nice at the streets around and poor, but at the night after 23-00 it is a little scary to walk down the streets.
