Le quartier était sympa et assez proche du centre et des services. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour trouver des places de parking gratuites dans la rue (séjour en avril). L'appartement était très propre et très confortable.
La porte d'entrée donne directement sur la rue et est mal isolée du bruit. Cependant, la nuit est souvent calme : ce n'est que le matin que les bruits de la ville (voitures / motos) peuvent être dérangeant !

Es roch noch Rauch. Und die Haustür ist nicht abgedichtet. Daher war es sehr laut.

El apartamento consta de una sala grande y cómoda que es habitación y comedor, y separados la cocina y el baño amplios. Está bien ubicado: a 50 metros está la parada del autobús que te lleva al centro de Catania en 10 minutos. En la época que fui se podía aparcar con facilidad en las angostas calles del barrio. Está refaccionado a nuevo y estaba muy limpio. Ideal si te alojas para dormir, desayunar y salir de excursión. Muy cerca hay restaurantes y supermercados.
La puerta de entrada contiene la única ventana del apartamiento. El barrio es un poco ruidoso. Sería de gran valor que tuviera un microondas.
