Nice location as the property is a beach front house with very good restaurants nearby.

Use of the balcony would be nice, as this is a beachfront house although it was not really an issue.

It was one of our best stays ever, and my family has travelled a lot! The location is great, apartment is very neat and clean, and has everything you would need: lots of living space, fully-equipped kitchen for making food or having a tea/coffee break, all the living essentials, a bit of food and drinks for the first night. The apartment is across the road from the pedestrian pier that can be used for free to access the sea and sunbath. Public transport was 10-20 min walking from the apartment with busses/metros going to the city centre. The most memorable were our AMAZING hosts! They provided us with all the necessary information about the location and answered all our questions. And whenever we encountered a problem (not related to the stay at MAMIS), they provided us with a great help, that was really appreciated. I really recommend stopping at MAMIS if you plan to visit Catania :)
