L’appartement est idéalement situé ( à quelques minutes à pieds de la station de métro Saldanha ligne rouge, il y a un Auchan à 2 rues et des petits commerces aux alentours ). Il y a de quoi garer la voiture dans les environs. L’appartement est spacieux et la chambre est grande et dotée d’un petit balcon avec table et 3 chaises, ce qui est très agréable et nous permet d’avoir un peu d’intimité. L’appartement est dans un bel immeuble dans un quartier calme. Il est joli et très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour conserver de la nourriture et cuisiner. Les hôtes sont discrètes.

Les lavabos sont petits. Le bac à douche s’écoule mal donc il faut être vigilant à veiller à entretenir derrière soi.

The location is close to a metro which is helpful to get closer into central lisbon. The value for money is fine. You get what you pay for and this is no exception.

Communication just before arrival added to a lot of travel stress. Our plane was delayed by over an hour and a half which meant out check in time would unexpectedly be 18:30. This is past the hosts check in time and they told us that we could not check in past 6pm. This delay was completely out of our control and left us panicking during our flight about whether we would have somewhere to stay that night. The host stopped replying to us when we asked whether there could be any flexibility due to issues out of our control. Luckily we made it to the accommodation, extremely stressed and panicking, with 2 minutes to spare. So if your flight may cut it fine for an unexpected problem, the host is not accomodating to these changes and this really put a veil of stress over our trip from the start. The room was not overly clean. The surfaces had been wiped and the sheets clean but the floors and walls were not clean from a layer of dirt, grime and stains. The kitchenette and bathroom are shared and so obviously cleanliness depends on those you are staying with largely.
