value for money I paid, facilities, dinner, some staff were decent. Property is maintained
Location mentioned was Kankhal, however it is not in Kankhal.
We were particular about the location and book only because it said Kankhal. This was non-refundable and that was the biggest dissappointment. The person at the time of check-in was also very argumentative and unreasonable

The property has a great welcoming feel. It is clean and the staff attend to your every need. Th e food is excellent.
There was some issue of foul smell in the toilet because the exhaust sucked out gases from the bathroom drains. Hotels did their best by changing room and providing fresheners. Hotel is a bit isolated, but this is also good in a way. It is close to the Ganges but facilities for a dip are not ready yet.

The location was perfect, rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly. Food was delicious 🤤, and the pool 🏊 was a hit! Excellent service, great for a relaxing break. Will definitely comeback 👍

The Ambeince and Staff behaviour and hospitality make this resort a best staycation. Food at Arali is delicious and cooked as per your taste. Rooms are spacious and Kids area is cherry on top. they have all the games can keep both kids and adults engaged with variety of indoor and outdoor games.
I am sorry at this stage i really have no points to highlight as negative it's just little bit away from city which i can say not a negative point and it's a positive point since i was looking for stay at peaceful place and out of the crowded places.
