Jasny Apartament z Parkingiem Główne Miasto w Gdańsku by Noclegi Renters

It is very close to the river, main attraction center. Getting into apartment was easy, staff gave very quick response, It was clean and there is a bathtub in the bathroom.

Lokalizacja jest idealna, apartament czysty, wygodny, zadbany. Czyste ręczniki i pościel.

Instrukcja wejścia do lokalu którą dostałam trochę się rozmijała z rzeczywistością, sprawę zgłosiłam. W kuchni ktoś zostawił kostkę do zmywarki a zmywarki nie było :), proponuję zostawić płyn do naczyń i gąbkę.

Apartament znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji. Wychodzisz z budynku, przechodzisz przez bramę i jesteś na deptaku przy Żurawiu. Dla mnie jednym z najważniejszych czynników, aby wynająć to miejsce był parking, który znajduje się na miejscu i nie przy samej ulicy. Apartament pięknie wyremontowany, czyściutki, przytulny i przede wszystkim było w nim cieplutko, a byliśmy w okresie zimowym. Wygodne duże łóżko i sporych rozmiarów szafa do przechowywania ubrań w części sypialnej. Kuchnia ładnie urządzona i wyposażona w niezbędne rzeczy. Byliśmy dwie noce i korzystaliśmy tylko z czajnika, ale można śmiało gotować. Łazienka czysta, ciepła.

Jedynym i to sporym minusem jest to, że apartament znajduje się na 4 piętrze. To stara kamienica i wracając wieczorem trzeba się pośpieszyć wchodząc na górę, bo kiedy zgaśnie światło to lepiej mieć przy sobie latarkę, żeby odnaleźć włącznik światła :)

The apartment is located in the middle of the Old Town close to the canal. The apartment is cosy and well equipped. Most of the sights are within walking distance: the St Mary Cathedral, Mariacka street, the Old Town Hall, the Old Jail, the Museum if the 2nd world war, even the Solidarnost Museum in the shipyard is only 15 minutes on foot.

The host did not respond to my query concerning parking. According to the description on their booking page, they provide you with free parking in the back yard of the building - no further information given up front. However, a week before our arrival they sent us a message saying that the local government banned car traffic in the downtown area for the summer months and you have to apply for a permit to drive in there (all this in Polish of course, and DeepL and Google Translate are not always precise with the translation of such documents). However, it takes the local government two weeks to process your application, so we had no chance to get a permit. I wrote to the host who only replied the day before we arrived in Gdansk. Also, they were shaking off any responsibility and emphasized that it is a local government decision. I pointed out several times that they were using false advertising as they very well knew that you cannot drive into the area but said nothing about it in their page - there is still no info about it in their booking page. This way they cheated us as we basically paid for the parking in the back yard as part of the fee for the apartment but still had to leave our car far from the apartment and pay parking fees for all the days we were there. To make things worse, in their welcome check-in message they still pretended that parking was possible in the back yard as they said that there was a parking permit we had to put on the dashboard of the car when we parked it in the back yard. Also, the phone number they gave as a contact only contained pre-recordedmessages and there was no chance to talk to anyone about this situation. A wonderful place with horrible customer services and communication!
