it was spacious and location was good

First impression wasnt great, cleaning and maintenance has let it down, has the potential to be a great property.We had a bad experience due to the fact that bins werent emptied, unclean fridge freezer which was turned off, this cause the whole housw to smell so bad of rotten food bits left in the fridge, dirty water leaked all over the kitchen. It spoilt our mood and evening plans as we had to spend 2 hours cleaning. werent abale to use downstairs toilets due to broken door handle and no lock.
