We stayed in a 2 bedroom tiny house and it was perfect! I loved that the pool and playground were so easily accessible and gated! We enjoyed sitting by the gas fire pits in the evening and though we didn’t use the gas grills I’m glad they were an option!
Not much we didn’t like .. we did have ants in our tiny house but I think that’s just to be expected when you stay in the middle of the Smokey mountains!

We rented a tiny home for the week and it was perfect. Comfortable bed, everything new and clean. Swimming pool was great and Lisa is amazing.

Very nice property and rental. Grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet.
When we arrived, our unit did not have towels and wash cloths. When I went to the front desk to ask for towels and wash cloths the lady at the front argued with me that the unit did have wash cloths and after finally agreeing to bring my towels I went back to my tiny house to wait but the towel never came. I had to repeatedly fight with the staff for towels and wash cloths during our stay. The water slide didn’t work and the chlorine in the pool was so strong my daughter’s eyes were horribly swollen and irritated. I couldn’t allow her to get in the pool agian, which was very disappointing to an 8 year old on vacation. The internet was horrible, we had to hotspot from our phones to our devices. All in all, we would not return, especially considering the price.
