Hacienda

We loved how spacious it was. It had one king-size bed and one queen-size bed. My son slept on the sofa, my husband on the queen, and my daughter and I took the king size. lol it was great! We actually saw a little snow from our bedroom balcony. The washer and dryer came in handy to keep our clothes and socks clean. The location was great as it was near Gatlinburg downtown. Kids loved the jacquzi The living room fireplace was also a nice touch. Easy access to the cabin. Overall, I recommend it.

The jacuzzi area could use some better chairs, decor, and some cleaning. The kitchen table only has three chairs instead of four, so we brought in one of the plastic chairs from outside—and cleaned it—to have a family meal. I also purchased my air freshener to keep things smelling nice. Although it is not necessary, the CD player is outdated and could not work. When you turn on the heat, it gets hotter upstairs than downstairs. No big deal

I loved the cabin. For the most part it was clean and I loved the fire place

Upon arrival, I couldn’t get in with code. Had to call and get a new one. There were roaches in the kitchen. The remote for the tv downstairs didn’t work

The hot tub and bath were nice

The door to the master bedroom was hard to open/closs
