Casa Scilla

Ein schönes Apartment im Zentrum. Fußgängerzone vor dem Haus, also kein Straßenlärm. Auch nachts war nur selten Lärm vom Platz zu hören. Das Apartment hat eine sehr persönliche Note, da viele Einrichtungsgegenstände, Geschirr usw. noch von der letzten Besitzerin stammen. So wirkt es sehr familiär. Es gibt aber alles, was ein modernes Apartment braucht. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit schönem Blick zum Hafen.

Wir kamen leider bei niedrigen Temperaturen an. Es hatte gerade einmal 14 Grad in der Wohnung. Die Zentralheizung funktioniert gut, aber das Haus ist alt und nicht isoliert. Also dauert es bis zum nächsten Tag, dass wir gerade einmal 19,3 Grad hatten. Wäre nett gewesen, wenn jemand die Wohnung vorgeheizt hätte. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden, kann manchmal etwas Zeit beanspruchen. Direkt zufahren ist nur mit Sondergenehmigung und am Vormittag möglich. Da kann man aber noch nicht in die Wohnung.

A large and beautiful apartment in an old, spectacular house right in the heart of Trani. Here you will find everything you need. The apartment has a fantastic, large terrace with a view of the piazza and the harbor. Nice and welcoming host. We will most likely return to this lovely place!

Posto meraviglioso, con terrazza piacevolissima, casa molto ricercata nella zona pedonale. Parcheggio molto vicino. Flora gentilissima

Tutto, la terrazza in particolare, grandissima, ben attrezzata come d'altronde tutto il resto della casa e con una vista affascinante su piazza Teatro e soprattutto con uno scorcio del caratteristico porto con il suo faro. Nel pieno del bellissimo e ben tenuto centro storico di Trani, a due passi da tutto, compresa la stazione dei treni. Non ultima da segnalare, la gentilezza e disponibilità di chi ci ha ospitato per due settimane. Una delle nostre migliori esperienze di soggiorno, ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore e speriamo di poterci tornare presto.
