The location of Palazzo Bianchi could not have been better: right in the historic centre, a stone’s throw from the harbour, yet quiet and peaceful. It was a beautiful space in which to lay our heads at the end of each day. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, and the little garden courtyard was a delightful place to sit in at any time of day to read or have a drink. Everything in the city was within walking distance. In addition, the staff were welcoming and friendly.
We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Comfortable bed. Staff responded quickly to any requests. Very nice outdoor private patio. Great location. Allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early. Helped us arrange ride to the train.

The room was quiet and we were able to store our tandem bike in a secure location behind the property locked up.
The building is undergoing renovations on the facade and it was difficult to identify the entrance and address. Another guest came to our room door in the middle of the night trying to unlock the door-- they quickly found their own room after we "excuse me this is occupied"-- this doesn't reflect negatively on the hotel though
