Everything you need is provided, from a washing machine to an electric stove. The host is also very responsible, responsive, and quick to help.

Everything was perfect overall. The only downside was that the noise from outside and the neighboring rooms was a little disturbing.

The apartment is clean and located in a quiet location. Quite far from Hakata station but you take bus 99 from Hakata and it drops you off near the building. To go to Hakata you take bus 47 and 48 , same station accross the building. One trip takes 20 minutes. There is a convenient store across the street. The apartment is a little small for a family with 2 tall children but it is equipped with everything you need. It has a balcony, a laundry machine ( + free detergent) and lots of hangers. The host responds quickly, if needed. You receive instructions on how to enter the apartment. The matress is on the floor and it is very confortable. AC and Wi-Fi are working great.

The apartment is a bit far from Hakata Station and kinda small for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. The mattress is on the floor and the sofa fits only 1 adult or maybe 2 if they are short.
