Nice cottage with a lot of character. Well equipped kitchen, nice long garden with lots of sun(it was over 30c every day of our stay from 4th july until 10th july). Beds were ok. Fan in each bedroom which made sleeping a little bit easier during some very hot nights.
Cottage 10 mins from town center/station. Bus stop for 801 bus to most of the best known villages and towns in the area is 5 min walk.
Fridge in kitchen needs changing, even on max setting of 7 it never got really cold(chilled at best)....we let letting agency know on second day of our stay, but sadly nothing was done.
Back garden is need of some TLC(weeding; tidying up), chairs and tables outside have seen their best days and need changing.
Overall, cottage (as of today) is nice, but with a little work it could be so much better.

I liked the reception area which was cosy with fireplace
It is a walk to the village of Moreton on Marsh. While it is only 15 minutes, the road is busy and sidewalk is narrow. I also didn’t like there was no place to store our luggage in between check out and our train. So we had to carry our bags with us on last day.

It was a little farther away from the town than I would have preferred but close enough to get around without a car for sure.

Brilliant long garden, great for spotting bird life
We would have valued a rubber mat in the shower.
