For the decent price I have the whole room to myself and there's an accessible kitchen in the common area. The washer is onsite and free to use. The area is very close to the subway and bus stop making it convenient. The staff was very nice in letting me check out a little later due to my mistake. I quickly packed up and I really appreciate the extra time.

The room was much smaller than expected. The bed was very firm, no bounce or softness to it. The pillow is small and thin. You will need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Prime Location: Perfectly situated on a quiet street near Cheongdam-dong and Apgujeong Rodeo Street. Being next to the K-Star Road makes it ideal for exploring this part of the city. Despite the freezing weather outside, the room stayed very warm. The hot water is reliable, and the internet speed is decent for remote work. The host is very efficient and replies quickly to any requests. Having a private bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and free laundry facilities is a massive plus for long-term travelers.

The "free rice/kimchi" policy needs much clearer documentation. Since "free" only applies to raw rice, it's easy for newcomers to make mistakes. I accidentally took a few spoons of cooked rice on my first day due to this confusion. Also, food security can be an issue; my rice cooker was taken once by another guest. It seems to be a one-off incident with new arrivals, but clearer signage would prevent these misunderstandings. There is no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage (I had to move nearly 100kg down three floors) is a physical ordeal. If you aren't traveling light, be prepared for a workout. For a short-term traveler, having to buy full-sized bottles for just a couple of days is highly inefficient and creates waste. The bed is very firm, which led to some back pain. As the listing warns, the walls are paper-thin.
