Great location, but a lot to be improved.

Great location, very spacious and very visually clean.

Awful smell coming from the bathroom, it made the rest of the apartment smell bad. They have such a nice space and they should utilise it more, such as a bigger bed, as the bedroom is quite empty. And add more furniture such as units, desks etc. It’s such a big space and they could utilise it way more.

Clean and spacious apartment

The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and completely new. It is very well connected to the city center by public transport. There is no key pickup — the apartment is accessed via a link provided on the day of arrival.

The apartment is accessed directly from the street and has limited natural light, and the existing heating system wasn’t sufficient for such a large space in January. I imagine the stay is much more enjoyable during the warmer months

Great apartment, perfect location

Everything was great, location is perfect to visit oceanografic. The only thing that could be improved - video or pictures how to find the apartment. It is a bit hard especially in the evening.

We stayed in this newly renovated and comfortable apartment located just on the street (loud)

We stayed in this newly renovated and very comfortable apartment located just two blocks from Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences. The area is excellent — close to a shopping mall and all the local services you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need, including an iron, coffee machine, and washing machine. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to reach via messages.

However, the entrance of the apartment faces a busy street with traffic, so you can clearly hear cars passing both during the day and at night — this was quite disturbing for us. It might be related to the soundproofing of the windows and doors. Also, if you prefer fresh air, keep in mind that the only window that opens faces the same street. Aside from that, it’s a great place for a family stay — modern, clean, and well located for exploring Valencia. Just note that if you plan to spend more time in the old city center, you’ll need to take a bus or have a car.

A spacius apartment in a nice area

The apartment is very spacious, clean, great for familes and in a really nice area. There's a store just 2 minutes away, and spots like L'Oceanografic and the City of Arts and Sciences are just a 10-minute walk. Other places like the Gulliver Park, Military History museum, Mestalla and the beach are about 20–30 minutes on foot. Nearby, there are also two stations for the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus. A special thanks goes to the hosts who waited for us with the key outside the apartment during a power outage in Spain — the entry in the apartment is through an app, but the mobile network was down that day.

This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion: it would be nice to have a couple more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, and maybe an extra cooking pot in the kitchen.

Pasamos frio. Es un local acondicionado para vivienda turistica que tiene techos altos y la bomba de calor instalada es insuficiente para tantos m3. Estuvimos dos dias y no consiguio dejar una temperatura de confort en el apartamento.

Scelta top per le famiglie

L'appartamento era pulitissimo ed arredato con gusto, ha tutto quello che può servire e la posizione è meravigliosa: a metà strada tra il centro città e la zona marittima, a due passi dalla città della scienza e delle arti. In cucina c'è tutto quello che può servire, anche lavatrice, lavastoviglie e macchinetta del caffè. Vicino casa ci sono supermercati e ogni genere di ristoranti, bar e locali. Nonostante l'appartamento sia al piano terra, non ci sono rumori molesti e le tende fanno sì che la luce non infastidisca il riposo, reso eccezionale da cuscini e materassi di qualità eccellente! Lo smart check in senza chiavi, poi, garantisce estrema flessibilità e comodità.

Se devo trovare un difetto, forse avrei messo una cassettiera in camera, un appendiabiti in ingresso per i giubbotti e ganci per gli asciugamani in bagno. Ma comunque tutto è stato ugualmente perfetto, anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma profumatissimi e delicati!

La ubicacion perfecta, cerca de centro comercial y de la ciudad de las artes y ciencias. Muy nuevo todo, tranquilo. Detalles a la llegada como capsulas de cafe, agua, articulos basicos de aseo, asi como secador de pelo.

El parking era aparte, se agradeceria algun colgador de pared en el baño y habitación.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (ein oder zwei Tage) sehr gut geeignet.

Modern eingerichtetes geräumiges Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer waren sehr sauber. Vom Apartment aus kann man den Palau de les Arts fußgängig in 15 Minuten erreichen, gute Busverbindungen in die Altstadt. Nachts hat es auf der Straße wenig Verkehr, im Schlafzimmer bekommt man auch tagsüber (viel befahren) nichts mit. Die Übergabe der Türkodierung und die Hilfe die Tiefgarage zu finden war sehr freundlich (hilfsbereit und geduldig). Wir hatten uns verfahren (kompliziertes Einbahnstarassennetz in Valencia). Für einen Kurzaufenthalt (ein oder zwei Tage) sehr gut geeignet.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Spülmaschine fast sinnlos da Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sehr spartanisch verfügbar sind. Sehr schön ist es eine gute Waschmaschine zu haben, aber leider keine Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen. Abgesehen vom Schrank gibt es kaum Haken (Regentage). Nach Erkältung musste ich auf das Sofa (Ausziehbett) ausweichen, leider sehr ungemütlich und unter dem Bettkasten war es staubig. Die Klimaanlage pustet auf das Sofa. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, ist man auf Augenhöhe mit den Passanten (keine Privatsphäre). Unbedingt Parkplatz reservieren. In der Seitenstraße hatte ein Auto eine eingeschlagene Scheibe (siehe auch andere Kommentare, deshalb hatten wir reserviert).

E' stato un soggiorno molto buono. L'appartamento finemente arredato, nuovo, confortevole. Il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Per mia tranquillità ho chiesto all'host delle chiavi all'arrivo. L'ingresso in appartamento avviene con uno sblocco da app che arriva il giorno stesso dell'arrivo. Trovare caffè, zucchero, olio, sale, detersivi, sapone mani, sapone doccia e tutto ciò che può essere utile è stato bello. Tutto molto bene. Grazie Pablo!

Qualche info in più dove si possono prendere mezzi di trasporto vicini (bus, noleggio bici); La ricezione del codice il giorno stesso, personalmente ritengo sia un po' a ridosso. Ho comunque trovato aiuto ogni volta che l'ho chiesto, da parte dell'Host.

Estancia en pareja con mascota de tres dias

La situación és ideal, una muy buena zona

És un bajo ( yo estuve en el 4) y cuesta de encontrar porque no se indica y no te lo esperas. Los muebles son escasos. Faltaría, al menos, una mesa de centro delante de la TV y un escritorio en la habitación. Los utensilios de cocina muy justos aunque hay de todo. La ventilación, al ser un bajo y tener una única ventana bastante deficiente. El costo por llevar una mascota 30€, al estar poco tiempo me parece desmesurado. El precio es independiente de los días que reserves. Alquile también un pàrquing que a pesar de estar a 50mt del apartamento era muy amplio y el precio muy razonable.

Tutto perfetto ma fornitura da migliorare

Struttura molto vicina all’oceano grafico raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi, distante dal centro la sera non essendoci mezzi pubblici fino a tarda serata è difficile da raggiungere, per il resto collegata abbastanza bene nelle ore diurne con i mezzi pubblici, dista circa 2km dalla Fermata della metro che collega l’aeroporto. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta l’ultima sera ma il personale È stato disponibile per risolverlo anche in tarda serata. Nota importante la struttura è dotata di aria climatizzata e si gestisce bene al temperatura. Struttura fornita di bicchieri, tazze e posate.

Purtroppo essendo in 4 ci hanno lasciato solo due rotoli di carta igienica per 2 notti e non c’era né carta da cucina né stracci da cucina.

Лесен достъп с отключване през приложение. Стаята е на партер със самостоятелен вход. Достатъчно просторна за 5 души. Имаше всичко необходимо катокърпи, посуда и уреди в кухнята.

Климатикът е в едната част на стаята, което прави охлаждането доста неравномерно. Няма отваряем прозорец във вътрешната част - отваря се само прозорец към улицата, но на него няма комарник.

Estancia en Valencia

El apartamento muy cómodo, amplio, y muy tranquilo. La ubicación bien, al lado de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, pero el centro te queda a pie a casi una hora.

Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con un cambio de mesa que hicieron estando nosotros alojados y fuera del apartamento en ese momento, esto me incómodo bastante, el mensaje lo vi de casualidad ya que me informaron por Booking y yo no estaba pendiente de este tipo de contratiempo. No me pareció correcto que lo hicieran estando nosotros alojados, podrían haber esperado ya que nos íbamos al día siguiente, cuando el apartamento hubiera estado vacío.

El diseño moderno y la amplitud

Un alojamiento para 5 personas teníamos sólo 4 sillas en todo el apartamento. No tenía perchas ni ningún mueble para poner nuestras cosas o colgarlas,,todo en el suelo o en nuestra maleta.Tiene lavadora pero ningún sitio parq tender la ropa. Es un local comercial convertido en vivienda sin ventilación natural ninguna.

Appartamento non lontano dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus 19 e vicino al palazzo della Scienza. Stupito per la sua multifunzionalità, ha all'interno tutto ciò che può servire anche per un soggiorno più lungo. Siamo stati veramente bene, non lo valuto da 10 solo perché è mancante del bidet (ma sono italiano) anche se il bagno è abbastanza spazioso. La cortesia di Pepe, membro dello staff, è encomiabile, subito presente in caso di bisogno.....anche per le informazioni su dove mangiare bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente, grazie!

Per essere un appartamento così ben strutturato, manca solo il bidet nel bagno. Forse ci lamentiamo solo noi italiani. Posto muy agradable
