Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Harrisonburg

Excellent location: close to hospital, JMU stadium, Starbucks, 7 Eleven and Neighborhood Walmart nearby. It is fairly new, in good condition. Rooms are serviced weekly, but you can get fresh towels and what you need.

This is designed to be a “no frills” property. It was as expected.

Very clean and the staff went above and beyond at the front desk!!

Nothing

Clean quiet and convenient for a road trip stop over.

They advertise a "healthy" breakfast and show boiled eggs in the photo, however there were no eggs to be found and no bowls for the instant oatmeal, only paper cups. They also had no plain creamer, only flavored ones which were definitely not not healthy and not everyone's preference.

Good location. Clean since newly built.

The sheets did not fit the bed so ended up sleeping on plastic mattress pad each night. Cleaning service did not replace towels (typical flimsy hotel ones) so staff was a bit miffed when we asked to get clean ones on day 2. Bathroom not cleaned in between days and ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was disappointing grab and go. Stay was not up to what I paid for overall. I had asked both hotel and Booking.com (phone and email) to extend a night, but never heard back from either.
