Location/ mall attached/ rooms are big/ modern concept, reception are very friendly and helpful especially this malay brother
Floor were not clean properly. But was cleaned after mentioned to them. Parking at the mall wasnt dedicated to hotel customer so it was taking quite some time.

I like the location of the hotel as it is located beside the mall. The convenience of walking to find ample of restaurants and the choices makes our life very easy.
I dont like the carpark and the jam, it is horrible trying to drive into a carpark let alone trying to find a space to park the car. The rooms are basic and without any nice touches especially for the price that we had paid.
