La distribución, la limpieza, el confort y la variedad de oferta de restauración en las cercanías. Muy bien comunicado por bus y metro. La cocina está bien equipada.
No hay ascensor y las escaleras son incómodas porque los escalones no tienen las medidas estándar Recomiendo poner un colgador en el baño para las toallas.

Buena ubicación, cómodo y limpio. Cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios (platos, sartén, horno), agua fría, normal o caliente, lavadora, refrigerador, wifi, aire acondicionado, etc. Muy contentos con la estadía en el local.

L’établissement était très bien situé dans un quartier très animé
L’appartement était situé sur le boulevard et pas bien insonorisé - il faut prévoir des boules quies La nuit la circulation les éboueurs le nettoyage des trottoirs et les ambulances ne permettent pas de se reposer…
