Sono davvero felice di essere tra le prime a lasciare un’ottima recensione per questa struttura, che è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non avevo mai visto un appartamento di montagna così bello, pensato con tanta attenzione e gusto. È evidente che i proprietari abbiano una grande conoscenza del legno e dell’artigianato: ogni elemento trasmette qualità e ricerca. La casa è luminosa, elegante e completa di tutto, anche per quanto riguarda la cucina, dove non manca davvero nulla. Mi è dispiaciuto fermarmi solo per poco tempo. È sicuramente una location di lusso, non adatta a tutti, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente valido. Ci tornerei volentieri, anche se personalmente non ho apprezzato moltissimo la località in sé: è comunque molto comoda per raggiungere Sestriere, ma io sono abituata a realtà un po’ più grandi e con più servizi. Detto questo, è un appartamento perfetto per chi desidera staccare dalla vita frenetica e godersi tranquillità e design. Tutto è perfettamente funzionante e lo stile ha davvero un tocco unico. Complimenti a chi l’ha ristrutturata.

Aspetti migliorabili: Non ho molte note negative da segnalare. Sarebbe però molto utile avere un foglio illustrativo che spieghi tutto ciò che la casa offre, perché abbiamo scoperto utensili, prolunghe e altre comodità solo cercando negli armadi. Inoltre, qualche informazione in più su cosa fare nei dintorni sarebbe un valore aggiunto. Un aspetto importante: l’acqua calda arriva a una temperatura molto elevata, potenzialmente pericolosa. Sarebbe ideale avvisare gli ospiti o impostare un limite alla caldaia. La comunicazione con lo staff è stata ottima, tuttavia l’accesso alla casa, soprattutto per raggiungere il garage, può risultare un po’ complesso la prima volta. Non c’è accesso diretto dall’auto alla casa se non tramite il garage sottostante (che è comunque molto comodo). Le informazioni scritte fornite dall’agenzia sono utili, ma un video illustrativo aiuterebbe moltissimo a orientarsi ed evitare di smarrirsi all’arrivo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole. The apartment and the location are great

The staff was very unresponsive, the electricity went out one evening while we were cooking dinner, we reached out to the staff for help, they sent us 2 videos of where the electric bix might be, both are unrelated to our apartment, needless to say we couldn't find it by ourselves during that evening and reached back to the staff, which didnt respond to any of our messages from that point on, luckily we managed to find the electric box the morning after, which means we did not have dinner that day, all our fiod went bad, and we had no hot water that morning Also, during our entire stay the heating did not work fully, we reached out on the first day and the maintenance guy that came to take a look said that the plumber is needed, the staff said they will come the morning after, of course they did not show up for the rest of our 7 days stay
