Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Garten und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Für zwei Personen bietet die Wohnung alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Leider gehörte kein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Wohnung. Aufgrund des Umstandes, dass die Wohnung im 23. Bezirk in einer Kurzparkzone liegt, war ein längeres Parken nur im 650 m entfernten Parkhaus möglich. Dieses kostete dafür auch nur 4,40 € für 24 Stunden.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It also comes with a lovely outdoor terrace where you can relax and chill on a sunny day. The place itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The bed was cozy, and the check-in process was seamless. The host was friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again and can recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. There is plenty of storage space for one or two people. There's a washing machine if needed as well. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the subway station or tram. You're also a short walk away from some stores if you want to stock up on some snacks and beverages. The garden is in a cute little courtyard which I didn't use due to it being winter during my visit, but I imagine during spring and summer it would be nice to enjoy nice weather out there. The owner is also very friendly and responds quickly to any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again!
