Nyugodt, világos, kényelmes lakás. A konyha jól felszerelt. Spar, BILLA 5 perc sétára van. Az állatkert és a városközpont is tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető.

A légkondi kiválóan működött, de éjszakára inkább a nyitott ablakot részesítettem előnyben. Viszont így zavaró volt a késő esti és a kora reggeli utcazaj.

L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto, la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata (c’è anche un’ottima macchina del caffè ), la comunicazione con l’host è stata perfetta e abbiamo molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato nel garage sotterraneo.

Il divano letto ha il materasso molto basso ed è quindi un po’ scomodo e la mancanza di tende oscuranti regala a chi dorme in salotto risvegli all’alba

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence récente. Il est grand et propre, bien équipé.

The room was not cleaned upon our arrival. The host did not respond to messages on the Booking platform. After contacting her by phone, we were asked to wait and check in after the apartment had been cleaned. As a result, our evening was completely ruined and our plans had to be changed. To be fair, after the cleaning was finally done, the room was very clean. We were also very disappointed by the attitude of the Booking customer support. Instead of offering us real assistance, the operator suggested that we look for another place to stay on our own if we were not satisfied with the unclean room. I consider this to be disrespectful towards the customer. The only solution they offered was to ask the host to cancel the reservation and refund the money. This happened on the day of arrival, in the evening, in Vienna, with a tired small child — essentially leaving us without any support. It is unclear what the purpose of such “support” is
