L’emplacement au pied de la cathédrale, à deux pas du magnifique parc Jouvet et de jolies terrasses de restaurant. La climatisation était très confortable en pleine saison caniculaire. L’accueil de Ludo était très chaleureux et flexible.

De locatie midden in de stad op een historisch plek en dat het rustig is
Een aantal zaken zijn aan vervanging of renovatie toe. Beddengoed was niet schoon en bloedvlek op deken? Niet goed schoongemaakt.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the old town but quiet at night. An easy walk from the train station and to restaurants and shops. The square around the corner had fantastic bars for coffee and wine.
The host was excellent and was there within 10 minutes when we had a problem which he solved quickly - thank you!
Attention to detail on some of the basics given the price being charged, e.g. hand soap was almost empty, coffee maker didn't work, floors were not properly cleaned.
Easier communication when using booking for reservation. I had separate communication on booking and whats app from 3 different people for check in (and 2 in French which required translation). This was ok just added a level of admin which could be avoided.
