This place is truly exceptional. First, the room facilities: the room is very spacious, and although the style is simple, it’s full of thoughtful details. There’s a wardrobe, a desk, small bedside tables, and even a place to hang clothes to dry. In the shared areas, there’s a water dispenser in the living room, a kitchen, and the bathroom has strong hot water flow. Second, the location is great. It’s just over a 10-minute walk to the old town, less than 20 minutes to the pier, and there’s a market right next door for groceries. Third, the service is fantastic—better than that of a five-star hotel. Right after I made the reservation, they proactively contacted me, asked about my arrival time, and had the room ready in advance. When I arrived by taxi and got downstairs, they came out to greet me before I even had a chance to ring the bell. And when my suitcase handle broke just as I was leaving, they found tools and fixed it for me. I’m truly very grateful to you all! The only minor downside is that it’s close to the road, so it gets a little noisy at night. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect. For the price, this place is an excellent choice.

In the kitchen, it would be great to have a sharper knife for cutting vegetables

O quarto onde me hospedei era muito barulho vindo da rua. Deveria ter uma forma de amenizar a innfiltração do ruído de carros na janela. Para quem tem problema com sono, dificilmente vai conseguir pegar no sono nesse quarto. Eu acho que esse é maior problema do lugar, do resto é resenha, perfeito, limpo, e oferece um custo e benefício das melhores.

Localização próxima a pontos de interesse que queríamos visitar, quarto espaçoso e agradável. Razoável pelo valor, apenas poderia ter mais manutenção.

A torneira do banheiro estava quebrada no início da estadia, mas após avisarmos o anfitrião, a troca foi feita. Na última noite houve falta de energia elétrica no apartamento e ao verificarmos a chave de energia, percebemos que estava derretida, o que indica falta de manutenção adequada. Passamos muita calor nessa noite e ficamos sem energia até o momento de ir embora. Além disso, havia avisos constrangedores, como a proibição de levar água oferecida para fora do imóvel. Seria melhor nem oferecer esse item (e o galão estava de fato vazio).
